Takhampos's Phoenixdex Entry
Takhampos can handle itself well enough on land, but its true talents lie, of course, in aquatic battles—its powerful, finned legs can pull it through the water at incredible speed. I've never been terribly fond of the equine fakes I've created over the years, for various reasons, but I think I did a pretty good job with the Finolt line.

They do need a hippocampus Pokemon. I think the coolest hippocampus I've seen was in Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters. But the movie was shit.
