Lygosi leave their homes at night in search of prey to sink their fangs into. Their intent is to feed on blood, but the Pokémon they bite are often left with an urge to bite others as well. They have a powerful sense of smell and a strong intuition, and even on the darkest nights they can seek out potential prey with no trouble. They often howl at the moon before a hunt, but they sneak up and attack unwary prey in dead silence.

The Varchani line has a signature move, Vampire Fang, that is more or less a Ghost-type Drain Punch, taking half of the damage done to the opponent and restoring it to the user as HP.

The ability "Cursed Fangs" is exclusive to this line. Whenever the bearer uses a "biting" attack (Bite, Bug Bite, Crunch, Fire Fang, Hyper Fang, Ice Fang, Poison Fang, Super Fang, Thunder Fang or Vampire Fang) on its opponent, and that opponent doesn't already have Cursed Fangs or one of a few other abilities, the target's ability is changed to Cursed Fangs. A more proactive Mummy that triggers on fewer moves, essentially.

The ability "Wicked Fangs" is basically Iron Fist for biting moves (all of those mentioned above save for Super Fang, which does not use the normal damage formula and so is exempt). It increases their base power by 1.3x when the bearer uses them.
