Elphaba... Pikachu... thing? Yeah. My mom and I finally went to see Wicked two weeks ago (mmm, delicious), so that's where I got the idea to do this instead of the PW one I was talking about before. The dress is technically wrong and all but I didn't think to look for a reference and, after I saw a picture of what the actress was wearing earlier today, decided that there was no way in hell I was going to screw up the picture by attempting to draw it. It's for the best, trust me.
